The very first release and impetus for the Jigsaw label was a 7" from my own band back in 1995, which took influence from '80s/'90s US indie rock, including (but not limited to) Husker Du, Superchunk, Jawbox and Lync. Taking DIY to the extreme, I did everything from the sleeve to the hand-written/stickered labels to the hand-numbered puzzle piece.
